Gypsophila Flower Seeds

1. Prepare the Soil
Use loose, fertile and well-drained soil. Gypsophila prefers soil that does not remain excessively wet. Avoid areas with poor drainage or standing water.
2. Sow the Seeds
Sow the seeds approximately 0.3–0.5 cm deep and lightly cover them with a thin layer of soil. Avoid burying the seeds too deeply.
3. Water Carefully
Keep the soil lightly moist during germination. Water gently and avoid overwatering or waterlogging.
4. Provide Sunlight
Place the plants in a location receiving approximately 6–8 hours of sunlight daily for healthy growth and better flowering.
5. Thin the Seedlings
Once seedlings develop a few true leaves, thin or transplant them to provide sufficient space for healthy growth and good air circulation.
6. Fertilize
Apply a balanced fertilizer or suitable organic fertilizer periodically. Avoid excessive nitrogen, as too much leafy growth can reduce the quality of flowering.
7. Remove Faded Flowers
Remove spent flowers regularly to maintain the appearance of the plant and encourage continued flowering where suitable.
