Clitoria Ternatea Flower Seeds

1. Prepare the Soil
Select a location with fertile, loose and well-drained soil. Remove weeds and loosen the soil before sowing.
2. Prepare the Seeds
For better and more uniform germination, gently scarify the hard outer surface of the seeds or soak them in clean water for several hours before sowing.
3. Sow the Seeds
Sow the seeds approximately 1–2 cm deep in prepared soil. Cover lightly with soil and water gently after sowing.
4. Maintain Proper Spacing
Provide adequate spacing between plants to allow healthy vine development and good airflow.
5. Provide a Climbing Support
Install a trellis, fence, arch, pergola or suitable garden support near the plants. Train the young vines onto the support as they grow.
6. Water Regularly
Keep the soil lightly moist during germination. Once established, water regularly according to weather and soil conditions while avoiding excessive waterlogging.
7. Provide Suitable Sunlight
Provide good sunlight for healthy growth and flowering. The plant generally performs well in warm conditions with plenty of light.
8. Prune When Required
Trim excessive or unwanted growth to maintain the desired shape and encourage a neat, well-managed climbing plant.
