1. Nursery Raising: Sow seeds 0.5 cm deep in nursery trays or small cups, and transplant seedlings to the main area when they are 4–5 inches tall with strong stems.
2. Sunlight Requirements: Set up your cultivation beds or pots in an open space that receives at least 6 hours of bright, direct daily sunlight.
3. Soil Condition: Plant in rich, deeply tilled, well-draining sandy loam soil heavily enriched with organic manure or vermicompost.
4. Watering Management: Provide regular, moderate watering to keep the soil evenly moist; avoid overwatering or completely letting the soil dry out, which can cause flower drop.
5. Harvesting Window: Cut the fruits cleanly from the branches using shears when they are large, firm, and blocky green, or leave them on the plant to ripen to a sweet red.
