Onion Thunder

1. Sowing and Raising: Sow seeds in nursery beds at 0.5 cm depth, and transplant seedlings to the main area when they are 6–8 weeks old.
2. Sunlight Requirements: Select an open, unshaded area that receives at least 6–8 hours of full, bright sunlight daily.
3. Soil Condition: Plant in highly fertile, loose, well-aerated sandy loam soil enriched with well-rotted organic manure.
4. Watering Management: Water regularly during bulb expansion, but completely stop watering 10–15 days before harvest when tops begin to fall.
5. Curing and Storage: Dry harvested bulbs in a shaded, well-ventilated spot for 5–7 days before cutting the foliage to ensure a long shelf life.
